1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to fixed-term MS Reach digital-software licences purchased directly from malleablesoft.in. It does not reduce mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Request window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven calendar days from purchase. Send requests to billing@msreach.in with the order number, registered email, issue description and relevant evidence.
3. Eligible circumstances
- A failed download where support cannot provide a working download after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A reproducible material defect preventing core operation that cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.
- Incompatibility contrary to system requirements published before purchase.
- A verified duplicate successful charge.
- Another refund required by applicable law.
4. Normally non-refundable circumstances
- Change of mind after activation or download.
- Platform-account restrictions or bans, message-delivery outcomes or third-party service changes.
- Customer misuse, breach, spam, unlawful activity or failure to follow instructions.
- Use on an unsupported system or failure to meet accurately published requirements.
- Failure caused by the customer’s network, device, third-party account, API key or configuration, after reasonable support is offered.
5. Review and processing
We may request diagnostic information reasonably necessary to reproduce the problem. Never send passwords, OTPs, private API keys or full card details.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten business days after approval, plus any payment-provider or bank processing time. Duplicate charges are refunded after verification.
6. Cancellation and expiry
MS Reach licence plans do not renew automatically. A fixed-term licence expires at term end and does not require cancellation. If auto-renewal is later enabled, checkout consent, reminders and cancellation controls must be added before this Policy is updated.
