1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects recipients, customers, platforms and Malleable Software. It applies to every use of MS Reach, including bulk sender, group sender, group export, number validation, chat/label export and AI auto-response features.
2. Mandatory lawful-use rules
- Obtain valid, provable opt-in before messaging and retain evidence.
- Clearly identify the sender and purpose of the communication.
- Provide an easy opt-out and promptly maintain a suppression list for every stop or unsubscribe request.
- Comply with privacy, consumer, telecommunications, advertising, DND/telemarketing and intellectual-property laws and all applicable Platform Terms.
- Use only data and accounts you are authorised to access.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, unsolicited marketing, flooding or abusive message volume.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, malware, deceptive claims or illegal/infringing content.
- Use of purchased, rented, harvested, generated, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists.
- Number enumeration, profiling or validation without lawful authority and platform permission.
- Security, anti-spam, rate-limit or technical-control circumvention; account/device rotation or ban evasion.
- False claims that MS Reach is official, approved, certified, ban-proof or affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
- Collection or use of sensitive personal data without a clear lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
4. Group and data extraction
Automated scraping or data extraction is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the platform and lawful. Group-member export, if used, is restricted to groups the user lawfully administers and to a disclosed, consented purpose. Visibility in a public or group setting is not consent to unrelated marketing.
5. AI use
Users enabling AI responses must ensure prompts, context and outputs are lawful, accurate enough for the use, appropriately reviewed and not used for deceptive impersonation or prohibited automated decisions. Users are responsible for their OpenAI account, API key, charges and compliance with OpenAI terms.
6. Enforcement
We may request evidence of consent and lawful authority, investigate credible reports, restrict features, suspend or terminate licences, preserve relevant records and cooperate with platforms, regulators or law enforcement where lawful. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund, subject to applicable law.
7. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@msreach.in and include relevant dates, sender details and evidence without sending passwords, OTPs or full payment-card data.
