Optional managed operations
Hosting, backups, bounded functional support, integrations and custom modules can be quoted separately. The proposal states the hosting renewal, backup schedule, support hours, response window and recovery boundaries.
Commercial boundaries
Odoo Community and Enterprise are different products. Enterprise subscriptions, third-party applications, infrastructure, extensive data cleaning, custom development and work outside the approved statement of work are not included unless written into the proposal. Changes require price and timeline approval.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a lifetime Odoo Community licence?
Odoo Community is open-source software and does not require a Malleable Software licence renewal. Hosting, support, third-party services and future development may have separate or recurring charges.
Can the system run locally?
Local deployment may be possible. The customer then owns hardware, availability and manual backups unless a separate service states otherwise. Missed or unusable local backups may prevent recovery.
Do you offer unlimited customization?
No. Custom modules and integrations are defined, estimated and approved separately so cost, responsibility and acceptance remain clear.
